I love the fabric of this dress.
Sturdy shimmering steel blue taffeta background with fuzzy flocked and glittery polka dots!
The deep blue taffeta is heavily gathered and sturdy enough to create volume all by itself. No crinoline shown.
Fitted bodice is made of a rich and soft black velvet with empire waist. Cut a bit higher in the front and sloping in the back.
Back zipper.
Long puffed sleeves end in a tight wrist and button cuff. Sleeves are gathered at the shoulders and fall to the edge of the shoulders.
Wide scoop neckline.
Lined bodice. Unlined skirt.
Excellent condition.
