Well, I don&#8217;t get into the &#8220;attributed to&#8221; stuff so I have to value this beauty on details alone.</p> <p>The fabric is a heavy weight, sturdy &#8216;feels like&#8217; cotton velvet fabric with a burnout pattern. Fully lined.</p> <p>The bodice is fully boned and lined. The burnout design on the bodice is accented with delicate beading for just the right amount of glitz. The inside of the dress is as finished as the outside of the dress.</p> <p>The skirt is in a tulip shape with pleats at the waist to accent the hips and the &#8216;wiggle&#8217; narrowing down to the bottom with no kick pleats. Attached interior tulle slip.</p> <p>Back zipper.
